Shipping Information (IMPORTANT)

IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION

BestNewYorkBagel.com wants to ensure that your bagels are as fresh as possible when delivered to you or your recipient. With that in mind, we will never ship bagels that we think will sit in a delivery truck or a shipping container for an extra day or days.

Please Read The Below To Understand The Different Shipping Options Available To You to Ensure Freshness

Overnight Shipping. If you select overnight shipping at checkout, your order arrival time will depend on the day AND time of your order. Please read below for details:

  1. Monday - Thursday:

    Orders that are placed before 9 AM EST will be processed that same day for shipment.  If your order is placed after 9 AM EST it will be baked and shipped on the following business day that allows NO MORE than 2 days to travel.

 

  1. Friday:
    1. The majority of parcels shipped to the following states on Friday will arrive on Saturday: NY, NJ, CT, DE, MA, MD, RI, PA. Please note that there will be exceptions based on carrier rules.
    2. Orders that are placed before 9 AM EST can select for Saturday delivery (where available) for an additional $16 FedEx/ UPS  charge.  (Please select Saturday delivery during checkout)

 

  1. Saturday & Sunday:
    Orders that are placed after 9 AM  EST Friday, as well as anytime on Saturday and Sunday will be baked and shipped on the following business day (usually Monday unless there is a holiday).

Federal Express & UPS 2 Day AIR Shipping. If you select 2 days shipping at checkout, your order will only go out that day if ordered on Monday, Tuesday, or before 1030 AM EST on Wednesday.

ALL ORDERS PLACED WITH TWO DAY SHIPPING AFTER 9 AM EST ON WEDNESDAY WILL BE SHIPPED THE FOLLOWING MONDAY (OR TUESDAY, IF MONDAY IS A HOLIDAY). 

Federal Express Ground HOME Delivery (Where Available):If Ground Delivery is available for your order, it will only allow for shipping on Monday-Thursday (which means your order must be placed by 9 AM EST on Thursday).

ALL ORDERS PLACED WITH GROUND SHIPPING AFTER 9 AM EST ON WEDNESDAY WILL BE SHIPPED THE FOLLOWING MONDAY (OR TUESDAY, IF MONDAY IS A HOLIDAY).
