We bake & ship authentic Hard Crusted New York Bagels to your front door for a reasonable price in a timely fashion in airtight resealable bags. So you can enjoy some now and save some for later!

We pack and ship all bagels the same day as they are baked.

Due to our popularity, we are able to offer competitive shipping rates, unlike many internet shipping competitors.

 Much of these savings can be passed on to you.

Do you ship to me overnight?

Yes it is an option. But make sure you select the correct shipping zone and method! 

If you select the cheaper option of STANDARD shipping….then it takes one day in the following states. 

(NY, NJ, CT, PA, DE, DC, MD, MA, RI some exceptions in these states depending on the location in that state) 

If you want to ENSURE it is shipped next day outside of the above states. Then we recommend you select OVERNIGHT shipping method. 

When will my order ship?

Currently, BestNewYorkBagel.comis shipping out Monday-Friday for arrival Tuesday through Friday. Saturday only in  Zone1 (NY, NJ, PA, MD, DE, RI, MA,DC).

Orders ship out same day (if ordered by 12 noon EST if they can arrive within 2 business days. 

When will my order arrive?

All shipments are scheduled to be received within 2 business days to preserve freshness! If the product cannot arrive by Saturday then the product will ship out the following Monday (non holiday). 

We ask that someone is available to receive the shipment (if not please note that to us when placing order to waive signature). 

We cannot guarantee FedEx or UPS delivery, which can be affected by weather or travel conditions.

Has my order shipped? How do I track my Order?

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number of your shipment.

What if I never received my order?

If your package shows delivered but you have not received it, you can check with us by e-mailing support@bestnewyorkbagel.com.

You can also check the tracking # we sent you when the order shipped. If you did not see that email please check your spam folder.

What are my payment options?

During checkout, we will provide you with the option to pay with all major types of credit cards.

Can I setup a recurring order for my home or business? Can that also give me a discount?

Do you offer cream cheese?

Currently, BestNewYorkBagel.comdoes not offer cream cheese. The need to keep the cream cheese creates issues with packaging.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Sometimes UPS & Fed Ex will ship to PO Boxes but we CANNOT guarantee shipments to PO BOX's.
